My name is Nick and I want my life back.  I believe I have either Chronic fatique or FM however anymore every symptom mentioned fits me but I just want a Dr. to label it or add some credibility.  I am very, extremely embarrassed to share that I can sleep 12+ hours and wake up STILL tired.  A Dr. rx for Provigil 200 mg however that did not help very much.  I believe I need to take something that will give me a boost somewhat quickly vs. Provigil which works later in the day but does nothing for me waking up.   I can go into more detail if necessary however I just wanted to get started.  Please!  Any advice for energy will be considered.
Thank you so much for any responses!

Hey there Nick, so sorry to hear about how your feeling! But I'm totally right there with you... I sleep all day and am still TIRED all the freakin time! People told me for sooooo long that I was either just depressed or needed more exercise. They were wrong. Long story short, I was diagnosed with a bunch of random things here and there, one of those things being CFS. But one of the main things that has been helping with my energy is B12 shots! Now I do have a pretty severe deficiency, but even before I did, a shot once or twice a month really helped. And it works almost instantly. I know B12 shots aren't really going to fix any problems, but it definitely might help in the mean time. Good luck!

I used to have some success with L carnitine supliments, however they don't seem to work so well now.
Are you able to go see a naturopath? All the success I've had with CFS/Fibro has been through a naturopath.
