Some one on here said that Magnesium Malate helped her. I bought some last saturday at a health food store and 3 days later I have an amazing energy instead for being tired each day/.I went online and look to see what this was for and what it said was it was used for Chronic CFS.......

Caren, What brand is this? How much are you taking? Did you have any side effects at all? The only reason I haven't started taking it yet is that I have heard of people getting really sick from it. Maybe it wasn't Magnesium Malate. I don't know but I have been watching to see how you do & I think I am going to get some tomorrow but I need to know how much to take. Thank you for anything you can tell me. Hugs, Denise

Hi it is  made by  Source Naturals  and I havent had any side affects.  yet. You take Magnesium Malate 3 times  a day for a total of 833mg.........I got mine at Hi-health ....

The first day I took one pill only to see what I would feel like. good idea for you.....

I will post on wednesday to keep you updated on any side affects.  I read online that you might have stomach problems, but I havent had any stomach problems,

1 bottle has 180 pills at $17.99

ps I am sure other companies make it also.
The clerk at Hi-health says people with Chronic CFS buy it all the timeMagnesium Malate is different than regular Magnesium  ........................ hugs, Caren

Caren, that is great to know. Thank you. I finally got up the energy to go out of the house today & totally forgot to go to the Health food store for the Magnesium Malate. lol That was the main reason I went so I am going out again tomorrow. Can anyone say "Fibro Fog"? Hugs, Denise
