I am 34 years old female of 2 kids recently for the last few weeks.
I noticed my thick beautiful hair coming out loss of hair i thought was normal but when i ran my fingers threw my hair i recently gotten a shock it came out in clumps not a normal strands here or there but clumps. The last few months i noticed my hair was thinning out so in thought nothing of it some hair in the sink when i brush my hair or when i wash it when it is wet i been loosing hair clogging up the tub i thought that was normal.

But the last few weeks i been very tired and hair loss the thick hair i used to have is thin now and migraines horrible migraines. I am popping Asprin all the time to care for the pain i told the dr about it and he gave me a stronger pain reliever but i am still not able to control the migraines.

These migraines are so painful that it litterly hurls me over and i am in pain crying. My front of my head hurts the back of my head hurts. It hurts so much that my skull feels like pin cushion for pain. I cry and think to my self i want to drill holes in my head to relieve the pain.

I told the dr what was happening he thinks it is the stress from the migraines i told him the migraines are always and constant that it is getting worse on a daily basis that migraines should not come all the time. He asked me to try out the pain reliever and if it did not work to call him.

I also noticed stroke like symptoms with the migraines where my face feels paralyzed and it is hard to talk like slurry speech. Been like that for 6 months now i told the Dr it and he says once again it is stress but i know it is not. walking and talking is impossible and numbness. This last any where from half hour to a hour. When attacks occur.

My periods are off i am noticing spottiness one month and heaviness the next. The heavy periods they last really long normal periods go away with in 1 to 5 days these periods are lasting 2 weeks straight. One day heavy the next light it all depends i go threw a box of tampons a month which normally it should last anyone 2 to 3 months worth. I had a pap smear a year ago nothing came of it the Dr said it was fine i was in and out of the Dr for chronic yeast infections and kidney infections and bladder infections . They give me medication and it cures up and another one occurs.

I took a Aids/HIV test it came back negative so that is a relief my problem is i am not able to control my migraines my hair is falling out.

I told the Dr this and he tells me it could be stress i don't think so. I am all out of reasoning why this is happening. I am sick and tired and i am sick of being tired.

The main cause of hair loss is the lack of sleep and improper diet..So take a complete diet and one thing I could suggest you for hair loss is take regular intake of lemon juice or lemon in some or other way .You will come over this problem..

Have you had your thyroid checked? Hair loss, problems with periods, fatigue -- can all be due to thyroid.
Please pursue this with a different doctor. Don't believe the "stress" explanation.
Doctors blame stress when they are inadequate to diagnose.
