I know this isn't exactly the right forum to post this in but since I see a lot about magnesium on here I thought it would be okay to post. I have many symptoms of a magnesium deficiency although my blood level hasn't been checked. I have fatigue, heart palpitations, and blood sugar issues and I had a lot of stomach problems a few months ago which can bring on a magnesium deficiency. I have had my calcium checked and it is slightly high or just borderline high/normal depending on the lab (it's 10.4-10.5 and the normal is usually 10.2 or 10.5). I've been reading tons of mixed information on this, some sources say it causes low calcium and others say magnesium helps your body use calcium so it can cause it to be high. Anyone have any input on this?

You have parathyroid disease, I hope your doctor has figured that out. Check out the Norman Parathyroid website for more info.
