Hi friends,

I'm brand new to this forum and may be asking something that's been discussed, but I couldn't find it, and maybe I'm the only one who has this! We all have our own lil bag of tricks lol. I have weakness all over with CFS, but it is usually MUCH WORSE in my arms, hands, and lower legs! I think it is because I naturally use these muscles more, but I would love to know if anyone else has this or something similar. I know there's a thread about tingling at top of head; this isn't really tingling, just the weak and tender feeling. Makes it hard to write or type. (It is now past midnight, my time, but my "good" hours are about 10:30 pm to midnight...!)

Meanwhile, everyone, rest, take care. don't feel guilty for what you can't do. xoxo

Carrie, I have the same problem with weakness. I noticed it when I first got sick and it was probably one of my first symptoms. opening pop bottles just got so hard for me to open & I felt weak all of the time. My legs felt wobbly but it hasn't gotten any worse over the years so I am glad of that. I have heard that others with CFS have this as well. Hugs, Denise
