Hi everyone, I have been so sick since the weather has gotten colder & more humid. I also, think it is the barometric pressure. I live in NW Montana in the mountains & it has been snowing & wet. I have been weak, fatigued, nauseous, head achy, achy all over & I feel like my arms & legs weigh an extra 20 LBS each, heavy to lift. I can't seem to find the energy to even eat. How I want to feel better but I know this is par for the course. Winters are not my time of year & I have to just make the best of it. I have been laying on the couch for about 3 weeks or sleeping my 10 to 12 hours in my bed where I just don't want to get up. lol

Does the weather affect you guys? Are you like me better in the summer? I don't like the heat but I have so much more energy. If you can call it "more energy", I know you know what I mean. I feel I can have the energy to do somethings I want, like dishes!!

Hope you are all doing well, I am just going to sit here on the couch & read. Hugs to all, Denise

Denise- I am sorry  you arent feeling well because of winter.

Have you started on Magnesium Malate yet. It really works, A friend started taking  magnesuim Malate.

and his nightly legs cramps are gone. he said he used to have them every night.

I got a big cough and cold then started taking 1,000 vitamin pill per day and it cleared up right away.

     hugs, caren

Caren, I am feeling a little better today & I hope to get out of the house tomorrow. So sad that I have to plan around being ill on whether I can go somewhere but I will have to see. Sometimes, I feel I never get out. LOL!! I am going to the health food store tomorrow, while I am out, to get the magnesium malate. I have been on the dark chocolate for about 3 & 1/2 weeks but don't see much change so I am going to take the magnesium too. I have to say I really like the dark chocolate so was hoping it was going to be my lifesaver but I still plan to give it the full 6 weeks or more to see. It sounds like you are seeing some good results with the magnesium & it makes me really excited to try it. If it helps me in the winter then I will be really happy. Do you get sick in the winter usually? Nice to hear from you again. Many soft hugs, Denise

Caren, I was too sick to get the magnesium malate on Friday so I will try again tomorrow. It is snowing out so it will depend on the roads & how I am feeling as to whether I go or not. It is a twenty mile drive to the next town where the health food store is so I'll have to see. I have to be careful with my foggy brain driving on these kinds of roads. If my daughter feels good & she is not too foggy she can drive, she is a good snow driver. I'll let you know. Hugs, Denise

Denise- I am so sorry you are so sick.

Another reason we should  use Magneisuim Malate. My fiance starting taking in few weeks and his nightly cramps

stopped completely.....from taking the magnesium Malate. He had cramps in his legs but they are gone now.

So dont give up.

hugs, Caren

Caren, Thank you for your kind words. I am so sick this time of year & I don't know if it is the CFS or the Fibro that does this to me. Maybe both who knows but I do know that come Spring I will feel better.

I went to the health food store on Monday but I had to order in the Magnesium Malate. The lady called me & told me it had been ordered & I could pick it up next Tuesday or Wednesday. I hope the roads are going to be okay to go then, it has really been snowing quite a bit. As long as they are not icy I should be okay.

That is really great about your Fiance's leg cramps going away. Another good testimonial. Hugs, Denise

Caren, I just got a call today that the magnesium malate is in. I am not sure when I will make it to Libby to pick it up, hopefully Friday. That is as long as the snow stays off the roads, lol. Hugs, Denise

A glass of tonic water every night takes my leg cramps away.
Also, I get a migraine every time the barometric temp. goes either up or down....I cringe when I hear it is going to rain or snow or if we are in for a real humid spell.

I wish I could move to a climate that never changes.
