I'm a 23 year old male. I have a variety of symptoms:
Chronic neckpain/headache/tmjd
Chronic Fatigue
IBS (Actually, not sure if it is. Because I don't get diarhea or constipation. Just 24/7 gut discomfort.)
Heat intolerance (Causes Hives and Intolerably intense itching.)

I wonder what is happening to me now. Because for the past 2 days I have been beyond tired. I've felt like a complete zombie. All I want to do is sleep when I can't. I can't think, whatever.

Is this just standard chronic fatigue? I mean, I usually am wiped, but I function. Right now..I just feel like all my life force has been sucked out of me.

I quit smoking almost 2 weeks ago.
I've been taking probiotics for almost 1 week.
I eliminated dairy over a week ago.
I almost think it's the probiotics, maybe a yeast die off or something.

I honestly have no idea. If anyone has any advice they can give me, I will appreciate it.

I have no medical insurance. To be honest, my problems are severe enough to keep me from working. I have contacted a lawyer...but that's another story.

In the meantime, I'm making better choices. But it doesn't seem to have much impact.

Hello, I am so sorry you are going through this. How long have you been sick? Have you had any testing done? Your symptoms could be any number of things & the only way to figure it out is to have some testing done, this way your doctor will be able to rule out illnesses such as autoimmune diseases. Chronic fatigue is a symptom of many different illnesses but CFS is an illness in itself only dx'd by excluding everything else. I know it is hard not having insurance at this time but maybe start with some blood tests, who knows something may show up right away. Have your doctor check your iron, Vit D, B12, etc. Do you take anything right now for your symptoms, medications or suppliments? You are in the diagnostic stage & this could take a while. I hope you are able to continue to work while trying to find out what is going on. Let us know how you are doing. Hugs, Denise

I have 4 children & 7 grandchildren.
