Caren, I have been taking the Magnesium Malate for about 2 months & I feel like my memory is more alert & I can remember things better. I have been really flaring though & I don't know why. I got out today for awhile & it was nice but it was enough for me. I am tired now. I wish I could find something that would give me more energy. I still eat my dark chocolate & I have started CoQ10 but other then clearer thinking I don't notice any difference, bummer! How are things going with you? Soft hugs, Denise

I've been taking the MM for about 3 months now and I added in Ginkgo Biloba and WOW what a difference in my memory in my fibro-fog, I can do crossword puzzles again!! I thought I was just going to keep getting slower and less capable until my Mom ended up taking care of me the way she does her parents. Didn't know I had a rant coming on, its past, I am also trying Green Tea with Ginseng and 2 different vitamins, of course I won't get any reliable results until I can stop throwing up and being constipated. Oh well trudging along ;}

Hi i was so happy to hear that taking Magnesium.Malate helped your memory... I have been taking MM for over 6 months. and I have remarkable change.in my memory. I can buy it at Hi-health store
7..75 for MM 180 pills. Hi-health is online to order also.

I am taking Prevagen for memory problems. it costs $40.00 per month. I may stop taking it.because of its costs..

I think I had a low amount of Magnesium in my body and that is why I couldnt have a good memory.But now I am really able to use my memory again.

I have a male friend who takes MM and his charley horses at night are all gone.now

Please keep posting of your journey with MM and how it helps us to other people..........

Caren, I hope you figure out what it is. I had a period where I was getting really fatigued, I had been taking the MM for about 2 months so I thought I would see if it had anything to do with iit. I did feel better after awhile & started taking it again with no problems so I think it was just a flare. It is better to just check it out & see. I think suppliments have to be watched in the same way as medcations, never know how they will affect us & we are all different.

I am still taking the 85% dark chocolate & the MM & my mind is sharper then it has been in a long time. I actually feel like I can think again. I am not in any way back to what I used to be but as you know, when you are really far down even a little improvement is noticed. LOL! Hugs, Denise
