I am currently in pain all over my body. the pains seem to move often. My ears are ringing loudly, and I am severely fatigued. A few days prior I had severe headache, 5 days ago I was just tired. I have had little muscle spasms, (they feel like little bugs underneath my skin moving around) Each day that passes I have some new symptom. I am so tired I have been in bed for 3 days, only to wake to drink a little and eat a little... by then I am exhausted, weak and return to bed.. The pains are not going away, they are continuous, I have tried cold medication... but the pains are still there. I don't know if its my bones that hurt or what? My mental awareness is blurry at times... I am usually telling myself.. this isn't anything to hold me down,.. get your but up and move it.. but I can not do that now? I feel like something is wrong.. terribly wrong. I need help. Anyone?

Hi burdenofpain, I am sorry you are going through so much. It definitely sounds like you have something going on & since I have Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I have a tendency to look at that first. Everything you are talking about I have as well but both of these illnesses are dx'd through the process of eliminating all other possibilities. My daughter has several (4) autoimmune diseases that have the same symptoms so as you can tell you will need to do some testing & expect it to take awhile. Both my daughter & I have the bugs under the skin feeling sometimes & the numb hands & arms while driving.

I am sorry for your pain, do you take ibuprofen or any prescription medications for the pain? If you haven't been to your Dr yet then I suggest you go & get some help. Getting your pain & your sleep under control is very important. No matter what this is you need to have your Dr on board & get the testing started. This process can be long & frustrating or they may find it with the first blood tests so please make an appointment if you haven't already.

Come back & let us know how things are going with you because we care. Warm hugs, Denise

Lyme disease is a possibility and many CFS sufferers have gone on to be diagnosed with Lyme after testing.

Make sure Vitamin D3 levels are tested and at the upper range as they can have impact on the body.

Sufficient water intake daily also to help hydrate muscles and joints.
