I have adrenal fatigue and have tried everything. Thank God i found this program. Within 3 weeks on diet, spring water and resting i already feel way better. Its much more than that, it involves supplements based on a hair mineral test but i have not started yet. Its worth the try.

Have you been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue yet?, I have been circling one for 3 years. I also read the research that says 30 or 40% of CFS is actually adrenal fatigue and I am also starting a supplement I got through my Chiro and if it works I should be able to have the cortisol, testosterone and adrenal levels tested AGAIN and get a prescription for medication. Yes, I would much rather go to a Naturopath and take herbal supplements, but thats still for rich people, I'm not bitter, I'm not. Thats why I'm asking, if you can go the natural way Good For You, let us know how it works!

Adrenal Fatigue and low cortisol levels is a MAJOR reason and cause of CFS in some people and NEEDS to be investigated and tested for.

Dr Wilson has a useful book that many people swear by.

Cortisol and hormone saliva tests are essential and a good naturopath should order these for all CFS patients.

It NEEDS to be ruled out and treated if theres a problem. Why be sick a day longer if you don't have to be.

I hope others will get tested and make it a part of their journey.

Thanks kayla33, unfortunately most of can't afford an office visit with a naturopath, let alone tests from one. I Love the fact that their practicing at all, and if I wasn't too sick to work or had a couple hundred thousand dollars laying around I'd be there in a heartbeat. Thats one of the many issues we face, we are too sick to work, but we need to work to pay doctors and labs and for medications. I wonder how many of us would still be sick if doctors didn't get paid until everybody they treat is cured, or determined not curable? Just some thoughts that ramble around the hair holder.

Im not aware of how the medical systems work in other countries and insurance etc. It's different in mine. Majority of our doctor appointments are free or maybe $100 out of pocket if they are in demand.

Naturopaths about $90 an appointment.

Hormone and cortisol testing $160.

That's for Australia anyway.

We don't have insurance that covers the appointments.

I agree about the doctor payment part, haha. If we all boycotted them until the system changed and people got the tests and advice they are lacking.
