my name is joanie, and i have had cfs for 13 years . i have many of the most classic symptoms but the most troublesome is the profound fatigue, morning noon and night, 24/7. now, my newest symptom is the 20 lb loss of wiehgt in 7 months. this is very new to me since losing weight has always been difficult for me and have basically been the same wieght all my life and it has never been an issue, since my weight is good to begin with! has any one else experienced this?? the doctors do not have an answer for me since my bloodwrk all comes back normal. in addition, my appetitie is not as good as it used to be. can anyone relate? id appreciate some feedback. thank you!

I gained about 20 pounds. But I think its becuase I worked out so much before I got CFS. I now cant work out. Could this be why I gained so much weight? I am eating more healthier foods now that I did when I didnt have CFS.

Sorry for the delay. I have had CFS for about 1 year and a half. I live in New York, the heat also seems to make me more tired. But things have seeming to get better.
