I would suggest further testing, likely through private labs, for more comprehensive results.
Most people haven't done enough tests, or comprehensive/correct tests. This will help to see the bigger picture of what's going wrong within the body.
Food intolerances and allergies
Hormone levels by saliva
Cortisol levels and adrenal function
Thyroid and Free T3 levels.
Bowel and Gut Test (stool sample)
Hair Mineral/Metals Testing
Vitamin D3 levels
Blood sugar/glucose/insulin test
Plus all the usual blood tests that doctors routinely order
The above, will help show anything contributing to the fatigue and symptoms, and also to why medications make you have those reactions. Could be problems within the gut and bowels that needs correcting, which will improve your health and immune system.
Heavy Metal Testing will help as well, as you may need to get rid of those, and then support the liver.
Without all the correct test results infront of you, it is too hard to know what treatments to do or will help. Sometimes things need to be corrected or supported in a certain order. Either way, patients are flying blind without all the tests.
If the adrenals or thyroid have an issue, those need strengthening before other things will be able to fall into place.
In general though, building the immune system and fixing the gut and liver, will help. So Vitamin D3 levels need to be on the upper end, and there are things like selenium and some natural items that can be taken to assist. In general, most people need to cut all sugar and wheat, and many need to be extremely strict about this.
Then of course are the tests on the immune system like cell counts, levels of CMV, EBV, and other herpes virus strains.
There's also more, but you will need to start at the basics and do more indepth testing.
Perhaps you have already done other tests, but as you have not mentioned them, I thought I would list them, which may also help others passing by.
