Hello! I have CFS as well as a bowel disorder. I have been on the SCD diet for my bowel disorder (as that is what the diet is mainly for) and it has made a huge difference. I was really hoping it would also help my CFS, but it really hasn't. Is there anyone out there who has had had experience with their CFS being helped by this diet? Just wondering if I should hold out hope for that? I'm still hoping. Thanks-
