Jim, nice to meet you and welcome to the forum. Have you been working with your doctor on this? What does your Dr.think is going on, has he suggested Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Some of your symptoms certainly do sound like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but some of the main ones are missing. For example, the fact that your sleep as it is refreshing and you do not have insomnia, these are two of the main symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Do you have post exertional malaise? This is also another important symptom. The fact that you can take a nap and feel better is also very telling. My thought is that you need to keep looking. Best of luck to you.
