Before I start, I have seen a medical professional to no avail.
Hello I am a 27 m 5'6 140lbs who is feeling fatigued 100% of my days no matter what type of rest I get. I have been to the doctor and my blood, urine and glucose levels all came back normal according to them. My glucose level was 86 took it around 11am and only had a cup of coffee and a coke before. My Hemoglobin level was 5.2% I sleep an average of 8 hrs per day and am hardly able to wake up in the mornings. If I could I would sleep all day. I am not feeling depressed at all. I wake up in the middle of the night most nights absolutely starving which is odd to me, this all started together about 1 month ago. During the day I am peeing every 30min. All I want to do is sleep! I have a normal 2500 calorie diet and my sugar intake is normal. Is there any other tests I should ask for? Also I am on no medications.

I am the same as you and I have cfs and what you are saying sounds a lot like cfs. i would get a few things done first though like a sleep study to rule out sleep anea/restless leg syndrome, check your adrenals, check for celiac disease (test for anti-transglutaminase igA and igG antibody, ), check serum ammonia level, iron levels if you haven't already. . for the hunger part have you tried eating a healthy snack before bed?

Hi there. I have all that too but have been checked out too. I am usually too tired to even get on here. I just had my blood checked for celiac because of CF and it came back positive for it. So..now am working on diet and vitamins etc. Things are looking up. Keep trying to find answers!

fibro, chronic fatigue, rls, ibs, depression, insomnia, and celiac.
