I just found out about Maca POwder------it is used to treat CFS---it is found in health food stores. I found it at Sprouts Health food store.

I found out about it from the Dr. OZ show............it treats arthritis also.

I will keep posting as I use this and see results

carenpolar - how did you get on with Maca powder? I think it is meant to raise DHEA levels which are a common cause of adrenal fatigue and associated with CFS
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in March and now looking for friends to help me in my fibro journey :o)

YES I TAKE mACA EVERY DAY------you can get it at Sprouts ,health food store or get it online .......
also Food city in AZ..............

I have a lot energy using it.

i have it - just dont like the taste - how do you use it? I have the powder form

wACKERS- uSE THE POWDER WITH !/2 CUP OF WATER OR MILK OR JUICE----- AND TODAY I USED A PROTEIN POWDER -1 SCOOP----WITH 1 TBLESPOON OF MACA.YOU CAN USED TO IT. if YOU GET ONLINE YOU CAN SAVE A LOT ORDERING AMAZON .COM

I WILL TAKE IT. ON AND ON BECAUSE IT HELPS ME.

I tried taking MacaFem about a year ago - which I believe is just the maca powder in pill form. It made me really sick so I had to stop. Has anyone else had this experience with it?
