Hi,
I have just (last week) been diagnosed with cfs, but am still unsure whether or not I do fall into this category, you opinion and comments would be fully appreciated.
Basically, I have all the tests for diabetes, anemia, lymes..e.t.c and everything has come out fine. My doctor says I probably have cfs and the neurologist says I have some kind of fatigue and headache (that was worth paying £160 for !!)
I did have glandular fever about 3 years ago, for around 2/3 months but did make a recovery. My symptoms now (for the last 3 months) which have been severe, are headache (on left side) fatigue, earache (left ear) and certainly lots of anxiety and depression which has been getting worse for the last 3 years. I agree any exercise will probably make me worse, but do not have the pain in my body which many sufferers write about. My body is fine, yes there is some fatigue but I would say the pain was more in my head. I do have unrefresshed sleep, and am tired but could it be depression/anxiety, but would this result in a headache for the last 3 months???
Best Regards
