I don't know if it's just me , but i feel permanently tired, no matter how much i sleep, and i know i do sleep as i never hear a thing after i nod off until i wake up in the morning , i do use a map machine, but i often wonder why as i feel more tired when i get up than going to bed , and it seems to be getting worse all the time , especially after i eat , i can't relax or i am nodding off, it's most annoying. my whole body seems to affected , my arms and legs are pure restless , if i walk up hill i am out of breath, but going down hill is a no,no . I could go on and on but i will stop here , maybe somebody out there might have the answer .

Hi Tagh44,
The fact that your fatigue gets worse especially after eating might indicate gut issues, such as candida. It might be a good idea to get tested for that sort of thing, as well as other things, such as iron and thyroid function.
Don't give up! I had to get many tests before I finally pinpointed the cause of my health problems, but finally I discovered the cause. I hope you can, too!

I have been feeling fatigue all the time for the past couple of years. I have no desire to do anything. And even if I take a short nap I feel as if I got run over by a truck when I get up. Sometimes I sit back and wonder, Gee is there something wrong with me physically. Don't know what to do. Tired of being tired... Annie

I'm with all of you on this one....each one of you has the same symptoms I experience. I have also suffered with anxiety and depression most of my life and I wonder sometimes if this CFS is just another manifestation of anxiety and/or depression. Have any studies been done on this issue?
