I hate bothering my doctor; but does this sound like CFS, should i bother my doc or not?

The list is what i have been experiancing recently.


Headaches - (3 - 4 years)

Joint Pain - (2 Months)

Dizzyness - (2 months)

unable to concentration (2 month)

            zone out when people are talking after 5 - 10 seconds.(1 month)


forgetfullness (2 months - increasing in severity recently)

Falling instantly to sleep

            e.g Playing with kids, fall alseep on floor (1 year)

                Sleeping on the bus (1 - 2 years)


eyes feeling heavy after concentrating for short time. (2 months)

Waking up between 4 - 5am every morning. (6 months)

constant feeling of being drained even the first few hours of the day


Past Diagnosed conditions:

Bells Palsy (6 years ago - No reoccurance)

Gallblader removal (4 months ago - minor viral infection following - no other complications)


Tested for diabities - came back with normal blood sugers

I had a variety of other blood tests pre gallbladder operation and nothing flagged up then


Basic information:

32 years old

19.5 Stone (maintained this weight since i was 24 - 25


*NB the dates next to each condition are how long i have noticed it.

Yes, please bother your doctor. Tell them your symptoms. It could be fibromyalgia or lacking in certain vitamins. I had many of your symptoms and was told I had fibromyalgia and very low on vitamin B12 and vitamin D. After getting those up through B12 shots and Prescription for Vitamin c? To help my body absorb vitamin D. My. Symptoms seem less. I was diagnosed with Sjogrens, fibro at same time. Had no clue what they were when diagnosed a year ago. I regret not telling my docs of symptoms years ago when they started.

Ok I am being treated for cps and cfs my question Is this looking at my meds they all seem to be for pain control and nothing really for the cfs my current meds are tramadol 400cr mg a day with extra 50mg to take if needed, 4000mg paracetamol a day , 2700mcg gabapenton aday ,then ontop of that my asthma meds the pain side is the main issue the fatigue side does effect normal family life

This has been since blackouts fits seizures since jan 2010
