Hello

Hi,
My name is Alessandra and I suffer from CFS. I am struggling a lot with it and no one around me seems to fully understand how difficult this is. I am looking for some support and maybe a way to get to support other people, as well as being able to be more aggressive with the way I battle this horrible condition. I try to do my best but when my spirit wants to do something and my body can't even get out of bed, I feel really helpless and alone. My doctor doesn't really get the whole CFS thing and I am on Medi-cal so I am also looking to see if anyone knows of a doctor here is SF that takes medi-cal and might be able to help me with a diet or any alternative method...I am open to all that, I just want to heal. I was hoping to find people to share this with...I need some support.
I am desperately seeking for support :)
