Hello everyone, so I was supposed to start a 24 hour urine collection to test my cortisol and VMA levels on Monday. But I just started my period today and am concerned about if this can possible affect the results??? Should I still do the test as scheduled? Or wait until I'm finished it? Also, is there anything (food, drinks, medicine etc) that I'm supposed to avoid while doing this test?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Kayla, I think you should call your doctor and ask if you should go through the test or wait, and what you should avoid during the test. Good luck to you!
