Okay... long story. I've had health troubles all my life, mostly digestive issues. I also have thalassemia minor. But these things have been tolerable. So in June I went to my doctor because I am always exhausted and I have all over body pain. She had me get blood work for rheumatoid arthritis which came back fine. I couldn't get back to her for a follow up until this last Friday because she was booked. We discussed my bloodwork results and decided that I should see the rheumatologist anyway (which I can't get into until September 24th). I am still exhausted and constantly in pain. about 4 weeks ago in the shower a noticed a large, immobile lump in my neck. I showed it to my doctor. She sent me for bloodwork which came back a little funky. I have always had a slightly elevated inflammation level but it is a lot higher than normal. She wants me to get an ultrasound on my neck but the soonest available isn't until September 4th. I have no idea if the two are related but I am freaking out.
My symptoms are
-Exhaustion, never feel refreshed no matter how much I sleep
-Shortness of breath (not all the time, just when walking or running)
-Sweating even when I feel cold
that's about it. I don't feel sick or anything. Anyway, here are my blood results.

If it hasn't already been done, perhaps a thyroid check would be in order. Start with TSH, Free T4 and T3. If things are wonky there, your doc would want to test for anti-thyroid antibodies. It may be a long shot, but all of those symptoms have been attributed to thyroid issues. Good luck.
