I am wondering if my Lyme diagnosis is something else. All my blood work for Lyme is negative. What I do have is an extremely high sed rate,EBV,and all the symptoms of CFS as well as FIBRO.I also have shingles,as well as thyroid disease. So where does this all fit in?

Well from my own experience, I can tell you that thyroid disease can bring on depression and anxiety that can trigger the shingles.

As for the lymes, I have heard many of the ADF tests don't work and it is hard to find a doc to do the unapproved test that shows the actual positive if you have the disease. CFS/Fibro mimic lymes and vise versa so it is so hard to say.

If the second part has been going on for years, you may want to consider your diet. Yes, I know but it is true.

Get back to whole foods, nothing artificial, not food dyes, especially red and yellow, no soda, drink water, reduce coffee and sugars/salts. WALK every day at least 10 min. NO Alcohol.

Other than that I don't know what to tell you. Best of luck

Eating the whole foods is very important. There are two things you should get checked out with your doctor. Vitamin D and iodine are two things most are deficient in. Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin and most people do not get enough sun. Our soil is depleted of iodine and if you are not eating enough seafood or seaweed you could be deficient. These two things could be helpful.
