Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to run something past you all.
I seem to suffer worst from my cfs symptoms in the morning, and as the day goes on I seem to feel alot better, and can even go outside and walk around with not too much discomfort. In the mornings though, especially first thing, it creates too much pain in my head to move around too much. I seem to wake up with brain fog/head pain, but by the time I go to bed, I have little signs of cognitive symtoms..
Can anyone else relate to this..?
Best Regards

Hi Pablo - it's nice to meet you! tongue
I do not have Chronic Fatigue, however from what I've read, it definitely can be a debilitating condition.  I'm sorry that you are having to go through all this.
I've located a site below that you may be interested in reading.  It does talk about having bad headaches.
Take care of yourself!
Hugs, Teri tongue

I'm pretty much the other way around.  Mornings are best for me and things go pretty quickly down hill after late morning.

Mornings are real bad for me I hurt everywhere and have a very hard time getting up. Once up I can hardly stand up straight and walk with out alot of pain some days worse some days not as bad , Then somedays as the day goes on I feel like it calms dow with pain meds but somedays even that dosent help much.

Mornings are also one of the worst times for me. I have both CFS and lupus and mornings are torture. I've tried taking one of my pain meds when I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and that has helped some with getting up easier.
Diagnosis:  Suspected Lupus 2004; Raynauds 2006; CFS 1991
                Mono 1985
Meds:  Plaquenil 400mg; Tramadol 100mg 3-4xdaily; Amitriptyline 10mg
Neurontin 200mg; Steroid Cream and Mouth Rinse for mouth
          and tongue ulcers
