Welcome to the forum, I am happy you finally got your dx. I have tried many things over the years, veggies & fruit, no sugar, high protein, no flour/gluten free. Lots of different supplements, magnesium, B-12, B complex, malic acid (which really made me crash). What I found? None of them made any change for me in this terrible illness but everyone is different. I do take Vit D3 due to having low D levels. I do use 85% dark chocolate which helps with brain fog, making me more clear headed. I used to use Lindz chocolate bars, eating about an ounceeach morning & night but now have switched to Hershey's Dark Chocolate powder or something comparable. I drink lattes everyday so I put the chocolate powder in there. I had to switch because I am on disability now and I was buying about 10 - 12 bars per month.
All i can say is you don't have to try everything at once, I gave each thing a good try to see if it was going to help or not, I sure wish something would have helped me but now I use pacing myself, resting & sleep all that I need to.
