Hi, Everyone!

I am headed to a new CFS doctor, for a first-time appointment, a bit later on this month.

I am hoping that he will run an exhaustive battery of blood work, and I'm wondering if my use of Prednisone (for a different, chronic, incurable illness) will interfere with the testing.

Does anyone here know?

Thanks so much! and I'm so grateful to the CFS community here online!

Best Regards,

Zebra

Zebra, I am so happy you found a CFS Dr. As far as your question goes I would think that as long as you tell them ahead of time that you are taking prednisone it should be fine but I am not a Dr. You could call before your appointment & ask your dr that question. Another place you could check is with your pharmacist, he/she would probably have a good idea about it.

Keep us posted & hope all is going well with you. Hugs, Denise
