physical exhaustion

     ok well im in high school and today in pe we had to run 8 30 seconds after starting to run my legs felt so heavy and i felt dizzy and i was breathing very hard...and then near the end i almost threw up...i could feel it almost come out....and it was the most uncomfortable thing ever...and i was like the last one to finish and everyone else was fnished before me...and it s not fair cuz i gave the running my best one know these symptoms??

Hard to tell. Is this a one-time experience? Have you experienced fatigue w/o any apparent cause for six months? Check out the symptoms for chronic fatigue syndrome on the net or at the library.

I have phisical exsortion every day,say if i go shopping then come back iam instantly tired too tired to do anything which really annoys me cause i have things need doing and iam zonked out/i do have diabetes could be cause but got to be something else aswell as that. I have no energy or get up and go

i feel so bad what can i do iam on loads of tabs ect.

I sort of experienced the same thing when I was in High School.
I agree with rock, you should research the symptoms and maybe talk to your doctor.
