hi, not on this forum, but i seen your title. gut probs, maybe time for a gastro check. keep in touch with ya doctor. it's a battle, but we need to make it more manageable. you are doing the best ya can, see if the docs can too. i take gut meds-i am on too many meds for too many probs. coping skills are really key with anxiety. deep breathing is the best. big breath in from nose, hold for a few seconds then out. repeat a few times. anxiety aint nice, i live with it-but also manage it. just wanted to post to say that we hear you and are here to support you. healing thoughts.

This is true..if you have never been to a dentist for a cleaning. bacteria builds up under the gums... causes all kinds of issues...

.Get tested for CMV and Epstein-Barr and parasites.I take acyclovir for relapses and have had flagyl in the past for parasite although I have heard iodoquinol is more effective.Use ice packs for the pain in your gut.It is from inflammation. If you do indeed have parasites try to eat carbs and sugar before the stool culture,it feeds the parasites and you get less false negative results Cmv may require repeat test it has a high false negative You need an IgG and IgM test

Sorry for the short previous answer,my computer acting up.I am not a healthcare pro.I have had similiar symptoms. The best thing you could do is get a complete basic physical. If you have a teaching hospital you can go to,hopefully a friend or relative could go with you. chronic fatigue is now recognized by nih and cdc.You do want to rule out colon cancer and hiv. these test are available over the counter.the colon cancer you mail in the test.if you have a local clinic they test you for hiv.I am not saying it is those things, but they r treatable especially tcaught early. If you do have a bacterial infection including dental your basic blood test will tell. Then you also want to boost your immune as much as you can.Try to eat healthy.steam vegtables a little rice.some protein boiled chicken,or if you"re vegatarian hummus or tofu.if you can get protein powder and mix it with bottled water.gatorade or electrlyte liquid.Your clinic or pharmacy may have that for children with dysentary and you could get some.If not if you can get some inexpensive magnesium and potassium capsules and put a little in your drink.Try not to eat too much red meat or sugary foods they are likely to increase inflammation. If you can get a good multi vitamin take it with a little food.A little aloe juice at night will help with reflux acid. Not too much because it is laxative in larger doses as is magnesium. If you cannot get ice packs try a cool bath for the adominable pain.inflammation can be an allergic reaction to a pathogen.Try to eat healthy, steam vegatables, alittle protein, boiled chicken, yougurt, hummus.avoid red meat and sugar they cause inflammation.try to get electrlyte fluid from the pharmacy or clinic.boil yor water or drink bottled water.Methyl b -12 helps allergic inflammation if you can get it. try going off gluten containing grains see if you feel better.Rice is usually ok or better potatoe,or buckwheat flours.Just depends on how much fiber you can stand..do Hope this helps.Keep us posted.Bless you

Hello Razinsosick,
First of all, Happy Birthday from August 1st. I'm sorry
to hear how sick you've been. Magoo, Castlelady and Bootafraid have all given you very good advice here.
I agree that having your teeth cleaned and checked
is an excellent plan. Also, finding a good clinic or doctor
is important.
I had digestive problems for many years. My
doctor ordered the SIBO test and I tested positive for that.
It's a simple breath test. Now, I have taken all grains
bread, pasta, rice out of my diet. I feel so very much
better. This may or may not be affecting you. They do
recommend white sushi rice as opposed to long grain
brown rice. Everyone's different. So. I just wanted to
add that.
Good wishes with this and I hope you find some
good help to start feeling better very soon. D Dawn

Its just that theres a slight variation in the lever of my suffering some days r just worse that others . Like today I've been miserable all day eyes itchy stuffy bowel literally erupting things in all the holes it can and i have zero energy iwanna cry myself to death . Its been 3crapty years .life has on value at all.

Hello again. If R lives in Bangladesh it would be impossible for him to see a doctor in St Louis?
I agree with the advice Castlelady gave you. I would hope there would be a local clinic where
you are? Have you gone to one? Or a dentist to have your teeth cleaned? No doubt other
people have gut or intestinal infections where you are. Something is definitely causing the
inflammation. Bad food or water. I hope you've gotten some relief by now. Hang in there.

Anybody here ? Things haven't changed a bit ! I am even sicker but somehow I managed to finish my BSME degree and now I am applying to Masters/PhD in the US. Pray I get accepted so I can get treatment over there. US is known to have worlds best medical facilities ! How's everyone anyway ! I hope everybody made it ! It was so hard for me to get back on studies with debilitating sickness.

Hey man! Hang in there. I know how you feel with the heavy head/burning thing. It's weird and hard to explain. It's bothersome and annoying. Kind of like a pressure on my temples and a burning tired feeling around or behind the eyes.
