I just received a call from my GP, who just received the fax from the Rheumy showing that all of my labs were completely normal. They have ruled out RA, Lupus, MS, etc. I had previously been sento to an Endo where I was tested for everything from thyroid, adrenal, etc, which were all normal as well eyes My GP (who is new because I am new to the state) was looking over my previous Dr's notes and is sending me to Infectious Disease because of my high EBV antibodies (167), low ESR (3) and elevated monocytes (8-11%). He said these 3 things combined point in the direction of Chronic EBV, or CFS sad Can you please tell me how you were diagnosed with CFS and/or chronic EBV? What should I expect at my visit? I am so nervous!!! Not to mention so sick and tired of being passed around to every physician known to man mad Thanks in advance...
