I have had terrible fatigue and low energy since about march 2013 that has not improved. I had had bad stress along with terrible insomnia and restlessness at night. I also get cold intolerance and little muscle twitches. Even if im exhausted and dead tired feeling its impossible for me to fall asleep at night or stay asleep at night without waking up all the time. I have been taking b6,b12,b5, vit c, vit d, vit. e magnesium, probitocs, prebiotic fiber and recently a couple weeks ago started drinking Himalayan salt sole in the morning i heard is good for your adrenals. I have tried adaptaion herbs for your adrenals like Ashwagandha, kavince and tried travacor but they allmakes me feel even more tired and worse the next day idk what to do. looking for any help i can get.

Cortisol Morning: 3.10
Cortisol Noon: 3.20
Cortisol Evening: 2.51
Cortisol Night. 3.34

On the sheet it says adrneal phase 3.

I have had all normal thyroid test except for one. This is the only one in the past 2 years that wasnt normal

Thyroxine (T4) Free, Direct S. : 1.66
TSH: 0.259 LOW
Reverse T3. Serum: 20.6
Thyroid Peroxidase: 6
Triiodothyronine, Free Serum: 3.8

I dont get why i Have a LOW TSH when everything else is normal?
No thyroid antibodies and had an ultrasound of my thyroid which is normal>

IDK where to go from here and what else I can do or take to get my energy and life back and to be able to sleep at night like I used to. I used to be such a deep sleeper who could fall asleep so easy the past 3 years have been hell I had to quit my job im exhausted and fatigued all the time with terrible brain fog and terrible restlessness and energy at night like wired and tired even when im exhausted. please help

You might try fulvic acid and green power(optimally organic) it helps me a lot if I remember to take everyday for energy. Problem I have is being consistent. I get too tired to get out of bed and I just forget about my supplements. You do describe some mild post traumatic stress symptoms, just sayin. Are you getting enough protein also? For sleep I do the usual, keep lights off, hot milk, melatonin 1mg, read something not too stimulating, the right music etc. I take potassium from 99mg to 300 mg at bedtime to prevent any twitching or spasm, it all helps and then there is ambien if all fails. I also take 50mcg levothyroxine or all my hair falls out get more fatigue. I have side effects from 100mcg of generic brand so stay with low dose.

PTSD, fatigue, anxiety, low thyroid, chronic pain.

Generally when are person has a good diet and lives pretty clean and isn't getting better there is one or two big issues blocking him.
Dental-see a biological dentist-yes not a normal dds they may have caused this-root canals-implants and fillings can throw you immune system down

Parasites-Very common can be in water ( ask Flint about water standards) produce-ever see people picking produce-ever see a mens room out in the field. FYI winter produce is flown up from Latin America-Heavy metals
Breast implant
there is more but I only got Bs in school
