I was diagnosed with stage 3 adrenal fatigue in march 2015. I was basically in bed resting daily unable to sleep most nights up until may 2016 when I took an Office JOB. I am still tired all the time and have bad brain fog and fatigue. My doc tried to have me take an adrenal cortex extract from the company throne and it was too much of a stimulate for me and made me sick. I have tried diet changes, mediation, trying to control stress and relax as much as possible. Its been going on almost two years sine I have felt like this and still am not feeling like myself with the fatigue and brain fog. I am wondering if anyone else here is going thru Adrenal Fatigue and Could suggest anything else I might be able to do to improve

Hi myeezy24, I have not been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, I gave up on Dr.'s diagnosing or helping, but I know that I have adrenal fatigue. My adrenals haven't worked right in years. I have these little panic attack-hot flashes - and sweat badly, mostly at night but they can happen anytime depending on how tired I am, what I ate, blah blah blah, plus I am getting fat.

Any way, I know it is killing my adrenals, how can they be so out of control for so long and not go dead? I started taking some herbal formulas that have Magnolia in them. The day time also has a little caffeine and is called Less-Stress Weight Support by Irwin Naturals. The night is called Seditol by Source Naturals. Then I take another one at night with Phosphatidylserine, calcium,, magnesium and zinc - that one is calles Seriphone by InterPlexus, but I has to send away for it and another brand or name would probably do fine. Thirdly I take a GABA at night also, this doesn't help with the adrenals but it does calm my mind so I can sleep better.

Although these have helped (my night hot flashes are more just the night sweats now and not the little panic attacks and my brain settles down so I get more sleep), they have not cured, but I have only been on them about a month and from what I read it takes 2 or 3 to get them back, depending on how bad they are. I am not going to hold my breath though, most things I try work for a while, or help to a point, but nothing has gone the whole way. BUT, something is better than nothing.

Hope this helps
