I've been a member here for while but I havent posted for some time.

I've had cfs since 2000.Its severe and keeps me at home.I dont have much of a life being home all the time.I just cant travel. I'm not bed ridden.
I do look after myself.There are 2 things I do each day to manage my overall wellbeing:

1)Acupressure.Its a simple as rubbing pressure points very gently.
about 2 hours before I get out of bed I rub the pressure points for cfs.I count to 60 while I do each one.There's 8 of them. I do them again after I get out of bed.I do them again around 11am.I can usually get through a day where I make meals,do a few household chores.Its made like a little easier and thats a good thing.

I got to a from there they have a list of ailments with diagrams of pressure points to treat each ailment.

2)"Faster E.F.T". Short for Faster Emotionally Focused Transformations.
I have a spring in my step.I'm no longer dragging my feet around.Feels good.
Go to and read up from there. Its a simple technique.
I Use it everyday.

Being at home all the time and living on my own is a terrible.I read a lot,go online a lot,I watch tv and I try to help others too.I have volunteers visit regularly.
