I Have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I take Melatonin 3 for sleep, two hours before bed.
and every morning I have a shake with orange juice, forzen vanilla yogurt
and I add Ginkgo Biloba, bee pollen,and Spirulina powder. It helps me cope with the pain.
Doesn't make it go away of course, but I am able to cope, and it doesn't kill my
liver or kidneys.
