Do you remember dreaming when you've been asleep? I'm not asking you what your dreams were, but if you dreamed at all.

I certainly do, and furthermore I dream in glorious Technicolour ! Not just colour, but incredibly vivid colour, where things are more vibrant than in real life. Occasionally I find I have a greyscale patch in a dream - then when I wake up I think about getting more vitamin B6 in my diet. (Whether or not you remember your dreams is one way by which some nutritionists assess whether or not B6 levels in your diet are high enough; some reckon that good mental visual imaging is an indicator.)

BTW, I know you didn't ask, but it was so weird I just have to share...this evening I was napping as I usually do, and ended up dreaming that I was swimming down an elephant and crocodile infested river in pursuit of a stranger's bikini top that had fallen into the water and floated away.

Presumably elephants and river because I'd earlier today I'd been thinking of a recent holiday to Sri Lanka where I saw elephants bathing...crocodiles because I saw a clip of Steve Irwin feeding a croc on TV today...but bikini tops ??! confused Trunks I could understand as word association, but as I'm a leg man myself...

One thing I will say about Technicolour dreams, they are more interesting !  yeah

I always found it odd that people would say they dream in black and white. I don't believe I've ever in my life had a black and white dream.

I don't dream as much as I used to unfortunately, though lately I know I DID dream but the images and story are too hazy to really recall.

I am Australian and I don't dream about Crocs. :p And I am allergic to prawns(shrimp) so none of them on the Barbie for me. :p

Technicolor is gorgeous - all those greens turning into a nice shade of blue. I can see why you'd dream about going after a bikini top - handing it to the owner would be a nice thing to dream about (unless the dream suddenly takes a turn for the worse). I rarely dream in black and white too.

Well, it doesn't sound like CFS sufferers have problems dreaming.
