Alright, so I am new....alright. I am always tired, even when I get up. its just BAM! Hits me like a rock. Coffee doesnt work, energy boosteres dont work...sleep doesnt work. Also, I feel rather light headed all the time...not severely, and it only goes away when I lie down. I eat well, drink lots of fluid, eat sugars, and my brain and heart are in peak condition, or so my doctor says...Is light headedness just somethig that comes with fatigue? Come on peeps help me out here. redface before I go to smurf

Welcome boot, I'm sorry you are dealing with this. I think I saw on your other post that you are 14 - that must be really hard when I'm sure you have a lot of other things you'd rather be doing.

Has your doctor done much bloodwork? Have they checked for lymes disease or any of the autoimmune diseases? Beofer diagnosing CFS doctors need to do extensive bloodwork to rule out other things.

Feel free to ask any other questions or just vent if you need some support. THis forum is fairly slow, but others usually eventually come around and post.

Take care and keep us posted.

I have gotten some bloodwork, though not recently. I have checked with my doctors recently about some things that might have linked to this, and they were all ruled out really. Lymes was one of them... I just want to get rid of this light-headedness. Its really minor, and doesnt physically bother me a lot, but its wreaking havoc on my mind, makes me feel really concerned that I may...you know. *slashes across throat* ah well I guess ill just look into it more.
