Homeopathy has been the most helpful therapy for me. It is necessary to pick your practitioner very carefully and find a master, then commit to the work. It is not about popping a pill and getting a quick fix, rather it is about strengthening the vital force and getting the body vibrating (so to speak) on a level it needs to heal itself. I was working with my usual very capable homeopath for a year and the remedies she gave me quickly shifted things for me. But then eventually I would crash again (usually from overdoing it) and each time it got harder to recover. I finally changed homeopaths and am working with a true master. Since I am very sensitive and aggravate easily, he took the approach of a very slow recharge. My energy is still low but better, and much more steady. It has also helped to calm me so that I am not so restless and thus manage my energy better. Homeopathy works on a very deep level that I have found to be fundamental to my and my family's health and well-being.
