confused  First, a little infor about me.  I am a 49 y/o female, diagnosed with CFS after diagnosis of Chron's Disease (along with many other prob's).  I have so many questions, so I'm just gonna ask one at a time.  Along with the fatigue, which hits me about 30 minutes into my day, I have a bad problem with short term memory and what I guess they call "Brain Fog".  Does anyone have this problem, and do you have suggestions on what to do about this?  I'm sure it has to do with all the meds I take too, but it's been worse since I have been out of the hospital.  I'll probably forget I sent this, lol.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Bella, I'm sorry to hear about your health problems. I imagine Chrohns is enough to deal with without having CFS on top of it. As for your question, YES, I definitely get the brain fog. It's extremely frustrating because I used to be a very organized person who was great at remembering everything. Now I literally have to write almost everything down. I haven't found a way to stop the brain fog, but I have found some coping skills. First, I keep a weekly calendar posted on my refridgerator and write down absolutely everything I have to do that week and I also keep a pocket calendar in my purse with the same information. I have found I stay more organized that way and don't miss things like appointments or my kids activities. Please do keep asking any other questions you have. Take care and I'm glad you found us.
