Hello everyone.. I have been looking all over the net to explain this unusual sleeping disorder i have. I have had no luck. Ok here it is ... For some reason the only way I can get to sleep at night is to take my pillow and put it into a position that causes extreme pressure on my forehead. It started about a year ago and at first I thought nothing of it . Over time I started to develop a very red forhead with dry skin. I am thinking sleep apnea but on those sites the symptom i am having is not listed. If anybody knows what this is? .. I would be grateful..

Hi Darkpony. Welcome to healingwell forum. I have no idea about this, and am not convinced it would be classified as an actual sleep disorder. I am thinking though that you might want to consider a trip to the chiropractor. It could be that your neck and/or back are/is out and affecting your sleep, and that somehow the pressure you are creating is soothing. That would be my suggestion as a try. sorry can't help further. good luck.
