Hi everybody,

Newto this blog, check the glycemic index, if it's high must bring it down.

Example, potatoe very high and basmatie rice very low, so must do the switch from potatoe to basmatie rice. This site http://www.glycemicindex.com/ will help you to lower eating habits.

I've made some changes and seen the difference. By the way, when you lower the GI, well you save money, most the food with a low GI cost less and gives you better fuel for the day and lose weight. I've loss a few pounds and saved money and regain your health. Low glycemic in the food= better fuel consumption and the demand of the body to eat is less, so you more distance per gallon yeah , the higher glycemic the cost is higher and do less per gallon and must refill again skull its a killer.

hope this will help you, it did for me. Since 2000, I'm suffering of fibro and arthritis.

Cellular nutrition is a big help to recover,

I will agree with that.  I went vegetarian after my diagnosis and have seen an improvement in my quality of life.  I steer clear of processed foods and you are correct it is far less expensive, i've also noticed i eat less as the nutrient dense foods i eat are far more filling.  My Mother suggested trying to go gluten free as well, she was reading that some folks with CFS also were gluten intolerant.  I'm not sure if that's the case but i'm willing to give it a try, i'll post more if i see some results.
