I had a new member contact me via email who is from Minnesota, I believe they may have just moved there.  They were wondering how to find a doctor in their area who prescribes the patch.  At any rate, I told them to check out their insurance card's web site to see who would be covered in that area and to call the office to do a mini interview, i.e., what does this doctor do ESIs, PT, etc. and do they prescribe the patch.  That way they would just be looking for info in general and do not have to give their name or make an appointment.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?  Or, if you are from Minnesota and don't mind sharing your doctor's info, you can email it to me and I will forward it.
