Welcome to the board Ti. I dont know about
others here with SC but I have certainly worked with my share of those who had it over the years and the progress we have made in treating this has been great. 40 years ago most of those affected would have died before the age of 16 and alot of it is due to educating those with it to better care forthemselves.
I am glad you have found us here and glad you have gone way past your given date of demise and it looks as though you have had a fulfilling life as well.
As for getting older getting worse well that seems to just be par for the course for all of us and there isnt alot we can do until someone invents agelessness.
Others will stop and welcome you and share a bit and who knows maybe you will run across others with SC but one thing can all relate to hear is the ups and downs of living in pain and living with a disease that never ceases.
