Sciatic nerve and Adenomyosis

Hi everyone! I promise I will try to make this short.
Was healthy all my life, until the day I turned 40 my whole life turned the opposite way! I was diagnosed with what they called a BRAC I gene I believe, anyways produces breast cancer, so they suggest that I go on a drug called Taxoflim, I had no problems on that drug, the only thing that happened to me now at this time was a horrible what they called Sciatic nerve problem, it was very painful! Soon after I stopped my five year treatment of the cancer drug, I do not have cancer; I started having these strange pains. My belly whole explode I went from 1 month PG to Nine all within an hour, I was scared to death! I didn't say much to anyone until it got so bad, I couldn't stand it, Went to the Gastro Dr, he said you have IBS increase your fiber and you will be fine, if not come back. Two weeks later I was in my GP office screaming for help, I was sent for a CAT scan and hold patient orders...They let me go home; I was puzzled and still in incredible pain I don't even wish the devil to deal with. Finally the next day on for an Ultra Sound where they found the cyst and my OBGYN said I know it is Endometriosis...Not for sure, but pretty much. I had no problems growing up like I said before not really, only getting P. G was a trick for us. So we did a complete Hysterectomy last August. Guess what the sciatic nerve problem the very painful muscles were gone, like magic.

Things were Ok, until I started with some pain in my hip, then it get worst to the Rueothmogist (Sp) and another MRI the Disc, which I do have a bad one, is fine, actually showed improvement since the last time...So what is causing the pain? Well didn't really know sent me on my way with pains meds and come back for Steroid shots when needed...

The pain is intense now...I called my OBGYN and off the Neurothgist I go on Thursday of this week! I'm very nervous about this, how much more can one deal with? Really???

I got a copy of my pathology report today it mentions no Endometriosis at all.

It does mention Adenomyosis on sections of the myometrium...

So I goggled it at work today and something about Sciatic nerve and Adenomyosis and how to procedures need to be done???

Has anyone ever heard of this or had nerve entrapment with endo/adenomyosis problems...

I had IBS so the Gastro doctor called it. I was seeing him for two months and just quick when the pain started coming back really bad. I felt like I was getting no where with him...So I called my OBGYN and he said it was time to see the neurthgolist so here I am, back on codeine heavy duty ones the pain gets so bad at times but then goes away....It has to do with some nerves it has too...I just don't get it!!!

I was reading up on this scitia nerve and endo...Although rare it sounds so much like what I've been going through....But that extreme scitia nerve pain on the right side before surgery is gone and not back, but feels like the same pain on the left side now? Strange I know, had enough of those looks from doctors last year....
