Time for some laughter! It's too hard to come by some days. Has anyone seen a funny bumper sticker lately? Let's keep politics out of it and have some fun, sorta clean humor...lol

I think my alltime favorite is a bright Red bumper sticker that says...

'If this bumper sticker is blue you are driving too fast' (old physics joke)

LOL! Chutzie - I love it! I'm not the only naive one on the planet who doesn't get a joke! But I have to say even I get this one...although I don't get yours! I was horrible at physics.

What's the name of the 7th planet? Take a guess! :-)

I've belonged to this forum for such a short time and have already learned something about myself I didnt know...my sense of humor is defenitly off!!!
Guess thats what you get for being married to someone who hangs around construction sites all day...my new rule of thumb; if my husband and his buddies love my jokes, they may be better left with them!

OK...haha on me!...lol. I do know the planets in order but was thinking along the lines of 'plants'. Gotta get my head out of the sand.

The Red bumper stickers has to do with the 'red shift' or the complimentary 'blue shift'. As you approach the speed of light color appears to change as teh wave lengths compress. To be blue you'd have to be going at about 100,000 km/sec and that's wayyyyy fast.

License plate of a urologist I knew read WET-ONE

He had a bumper sticker made along the lines of working in the rock quarry blasting the stones (of course he blasted kidney stones, not granite), unfortunately, I do not remember the exact wording, sorry, I always mess up the punch line anyway!!

Funny you should bring this up, Chutzie!

I have 2 on my Jeep: One says "Fac ut vivas" (get a life) and the other one says: "Cogito ergo femina sum" (I think, therefore I am female)

You can get by with a lot if you use Latin....

For those in the agriculture business...my dad used to teach vocational ag and was adviser for the FFA. I had a bumper sticker on my car in high school that read...

Eat American Lamb...100,000 coyotes can't be wrong!

At the time there was a huge fight over the right of farmers to protect their flocks from predators. Still is an issue at times. We all find our humor where we can..lol

My husband being a John Deere manager brings the company truck home on the weekends that he works, as he is on call all weekend. I never noticed this until Sunday when he decided that we ought to go for a ride. We went out in the hills to the south of our home and I had to go to the bathroom so I squatted..or the best squat I could manage (hubby hanging onto me and trying to not get his shoes wet is tough LOL (ok a little overshare) ) anyway when I was finished hubby helped me with my pants and I was standing there buttoning up my jeans when I noticed a bumper sticker on the bumper of the company truck that read....

"Friends don't let friends drive yellow tractors."

I thought it was amusing at the time.
