After everyone had gone to sleep, I put on my brown bathing suit with black
Polka Dots, then wrapped up in a huge beach towel and headed for the pool.
It was kinda chilly at first, but once I got in it felt so good I cried. I hadn't felt
like that for many many years.
California is still warm so I can use the apartment pool. Come fall and winter, I'll have
to find an indoor heated pool.
I walked for half an hour and then swam on my back by just flipping my feel. I slept
good. I feel ok today. Not great.
Mainly I'm trying to get over my issues of anger with family members.
It's not easy.

Dear Pamela,

I do understand issues with family members.  I just got in one heck of a fight with my younger brother today, as a matter of fact I kicked him out of my house today and told him that I dont want him here anymore for a very long time.  Any time you need to talk you can email me.

Always praying for you

Lara

Lara,
I swam two nights in a row. The third day I slept all day. I tend to not be moderate in the things I do.
