You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
You're on your own.
And you know what you know.
And YOU are the one
who'll decide where to go....

Where are you going?

I want to go to a "pain free zone", please!
Chutz I see that you also suffer with FMS and Osteo Arthritis in spine.......Do you still work? I don't any longer, but when I take a day to run errands, grocery (in cart), the next day I am in excruciating pain, no meds helping today. Can one get too used to meds and they stop working? Please share your 2cents with me.
Thanks bunches!

Ohhh Kathy,
Yes, we can build up a tolerance. Talk to your doctor about it.
By the way, I'll meet cha at the Pain Free Zone.
Maybe we can have some others join us.
I'll bring the Coconut layer cake.
Best wishes for an improved day.

That couldn't be more simple and exactly what I needed to read.

Thank you...
