Hey Ya all! How is everyone doing?? Well, Halloween is right around the corner. Many of us have kids and grandkids who are thinking up costumes to go out and do the night proud!
So what was your most memorable Halloween costume ever?
I have several in mind. Well, when I was a young adult, I use to go to costume parties and being a sewer, I loved to make my own costumes. I did a gypsy once. I looked very sexy. I would ask the men at the party if they wanted their palms read and then I would take a tube of red lipstick and color their palms red! Then there was princess Lea and my hubby was Obi Won. But my most memorable was Bert and Ernie. I made these huge heads and stuffed them. When you put them on, you could see out of the mouths of the heads. We walked into the party which was being held at a fire house, fashionably late, and everyone hooted and wanted to know who was wearing the costumes. We wouldn't tell for about
an hour. That was great fun that year. Oh and one bit of info, my husband could never decide on a costume until the day of the party, so I had the day to sew the costumes.
Ok, Now you. Tell us your most memorable costume.

Believe in yourself. Be kind to fellow humans and animals. Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help. I will be there.
