Everything that you read says that you should drink a lot of water to flush out the toxins in your body especially where pain is involvoed. Today's inquiry, how much water do you drink a day? And do you think you should increase it??
I drink about four glasses of water a day -- not nearly enough. I plan to increase it to at least six glasses and maybe eight by the first of the year as a new year's resolution. I believe that water helps me feel better and that flushing my system does help me lessen my pain. The problem is, I just forget to drink as much as I should. They say you should drink at least eight glasses a day.
How much do you drink??
