Good Morning My Friends.  I hope you are enjoying your weekend and that you are not in too much pain.
Chutz has asked me to take over the daily check ins again for a few weeks or so, so here I am.  Please support me by joining in every day with the different topics.  And, if you have a topic, feel free to just post a daily check in too.  I won't mind!!
Everything that you read says that you should drink a lot of water to flush out the toxins in your body especially where pain is  involvoed.  Today's inquiry, how much water do you drink a day?  And do you  think you should increase it??
I drink about four glasses of water a day -- not nearly enough.  I plan to increase it to at least six glasses and maybe eight by the first of the year as a new year's resolution.  I believe that water helps me feel better and that flushing my system does help me lessen my pain.  The problem is, I just forget to drink as much as I should.  They say you should drink at least eight glasses a day.
How much do you drink??

Good early morning!
I don't really count, but I do drink a lot of water. Many years ago I cut back on coffee, and so started having a bottle of water at my desk while I was working. I still have a glass of water on my desk for the few hours I am in my office, but at home it seems I'm always drinking a glass. I think it's because I take so many pills, vitamins, etc.! Of course, that means I'm always in the bathroom!! LOL

I've never really counted but I would say close to 5 or 6 8oz glasses of water a day. Did you know too that by drinking a lot of water, that it helps maintain a healthy more youthful skin??? :)

They've recently found out that the old addage of 8 glasses of water is not needed for
all of us. The amount of water you need depends on you. If I drink 8 glasses of water
in a day I think i'd drown. for me it's around 4 to 5 glasses of water a day, and no I
don't drink enough all the time. Water I think helps with the everyday moans and groans but
not my back, foot or knee pains. Vitamin D does help with my fibro pain,
Thank you for the topic Linda...
and let Chutz know we hope she can return soon........

I probably drink to much water actually. I would say 100 oz or more a day is normal for me. I just always have to have something to drink at hand. The bad thing is I am running to the ladies room an aweful lot!

In the United States today, there is a pervasive tendency to treat children as adults, and adults as children. The options of children are thus steadily expanded, while those of adults are progressively constricted. The result is unruly children and childish adults. ~Thomas Szasz
