I suffer from lupus but this may help you as well.
I've just come to tell you of something that is really working for me re pain relief.
I bought myself a magni-wool magnetic underlay in a half hearted attempt at helping with the intense pain  that I live with in my knees, feet, elbow, hands, wrist and various other wandering pain areas.
Since I have been sleeping on this underlay I have had no pain in my knees or anywhere else!  (I couldn't walk up or down stairs without pain).
I am no longer as stiff in the mornings and feel much, much better!!!
I pray that it works for all chronic pain sufferers and highly recommend you try it.

Welcome to the chronic pain forum. I'm glad you've found something that helps you, and maybe it will help others. But I doubt there's any one thing that will help all chronic pain sufferers because of the multiple causes. I suspect the magnets may ease more joint pain that may be arthritic, and that's certainly a help.

Glad you found relief!

So glad you found some relief! That was nice to hear.
Where did you get this, "magni-wool magnetic underlay?"
Did you find it on-line or at a specific store?
More info if you could please...
Soft hugz for now....
Thank you...

I bought mine from www.ellisfibre.co.nz who sell via the internet.  I am sure if you contact them they will help you find one closer to home or will ship on too you.   Don't get too frightened of the cost, it is in New Zealand dollars.  Perhaps any store that sells linen, duvets etc. would have one.  After Boxing Day you may be able to find one at a great cost!!

I am now going to look into the magnetic bracelets as I find after a full day of activity I am stiffening up and looking forward to my bed!!  I really hope it helps you.
