I am not sure what all of the eyerolling in your posts is about
, but I am trying to ignore that and help you.
I'm glad that you had the discussion with your doctor. That is the start to getting your pain under some kind
of control. What other modalities do you use to manage the pain, beside the medications?
Do you use any heat? Ice? Tens Unit? Physical therapy? Water excercise? Stretching?
Everyone has made some good suggestions regarding other ways to try to get a grip on the pain levels,
but you have to give them a try or even more than one to see if they are going to help.
Have you had any injections? If so, what kind?
If you don't want any suggestions, all you have to do is say so, and I will promptly stop trying.
