I like mine well done, brown all the way through with the outside blackened in a crisscut like God intended it.
Baked potato done just JUST right, with butter, sour cream and chives.
And since there just ain't nothing better, for dessert I'll have another baked potato cooked exactly like, and dressed exactly like, the first one.
(If this is a community dessert thing, I'll bring 5 gallons of Dreyer's chocolate/peanut butter ice cream)
Man is this making me hungry. If I thought my wife wouldn't mind I'd head for the store to get the fixings. Except our steaks would be filet mignon, which we bbq at least once a month in the summertime.
